InfomatiX Ltd., expert of mobile IT and database solutions, invites you/developers to try yourself/themselves out in a new challenge!

Valuation:
- 1st round: examination of received works until 27 October 2008
- 2nd round: awards ceremony at the headquarters of InfomatiX Ltd. on 07 November 2008

- 1st: 1 500 USD
- 2nd: 1 250 USD
- 3rd: 1 000 USD

Categories
1. mobiaccess solution category:
An application built by mobiaccess framework for synchronizing data between the end user and a central system. For this solution you have to use only mobiaccess features and mobiaccess compatible add-ins.
Examples:
- Field Report for Mechanics
- Advanced Cost and task manager
- CD/DVD/Book inventory tracker
- IT equipment inventory tracker
- Document manager
- Stock Exchange Tracker
- Travel Manager
- Any other custom built application
Minimum requirements for application to be accepted:
- Has to work on at least 2 platforms
- Has a central database and optionally a central management interface (based on the mobiVision Desktop).
2. mobiaccess Add-Ins Category:
Special mobiaccess add-in built for a well defined purpose. It has to be implemented for a given database architecture, but the add-in itself has to realize an independent function in additional to the mobiaccess framework?s existing features and add-ins. It has to work at least on one supported platform.
Examples:
- Weather Report with Graphics
- Task Completion
- Time Management
- Fuel Consumption and Petrol prices
- Graphical Queries for reporting
- File Transfer and Selection Tool
- Any other custom built Add-Ins
Minimum requirements to accept:
- Have a mobiaccess Compatible database and Synchronization (On-line or Off-Line) in the background
- Work on at least 1 platform
3. Completely independent solution:
These solutions have to utilize the MobiSync engine only and are complete standalone applications
Minimum requirements for solution to be accepted:
- Any kind of application using data Synchronization or On-line querying possibilities of Mobiaccess - Mobisync
Requirements for ALL categories:
The purpose of application has to be well explained, and precisely documented
The following items are to be submitted for review:
- Source Code
- Database of Handhelds and Central interface
- Configuration files
- Documentation
