InventoriX is a new, applied mobiaccess solution with powerful INVENTORY MANAGER features.

Usage
Any small, medium or large sized enterprise is in the need of a professional solution which helps to manage its equipments, merchandise and inventories. Workflow handling
The application supports the repetitive type workflow, so there is no need for browsing the menu during data input. This feature significantly speeds up the workflow.

User identification, password protection
Multi-level user access management allows users to perform personalized tasks after data collection.

Logicly built easy-to-use software interface, there is no need for special training.


More (basic) functions:
Location: 3 level hierarchy for data collection(Premises, Building, Location)
Inventory: Section items can be added, removed, and reviewed. Items can be grouped by different parameters. Data input can be done via bar-code reader or manually. Pictures/photos taken by the digital camera can also be added to the items as additional information.
List: With the listing function the added items can be listed and filtered according to the given additional data, or information.
Export: After the data is added and saved on the mobile device, the information can be exported
Deletion: After synchronisation the collected data on the device can be automatically deleted in order to more economic memory handling.
The functions listed above can be customized according to customer needs.

Mobility
During the changing storage conditions, mobility and adaptability are relevant aspects, as well as the supported on-line and off-line solutions and platform independency.
  • Online: Supporting constant, wireless connection between clients and the central management interface within the storage area.
  • Off-line: Temporary syncronisation during data collection or in the case of geographically distant warehouses, where the constant connection is not needed.

Synchronization
InventoriX is also able to synchronize with the central database, and the data can be visualized on the central management interface. During offline operation, the database can be exported into Microsoft Excel compatible .csv file format also.

Integration possibilities:
The solution is based on mobiaccess framework, so it can be easily integrated with existing ERP systems.
